Complaint

Filing a complaint is free of charge and Easy Peasy Insurance will handle any complaints with due care. Complaints will be dealt with efficiently and in a caring manner. The complaint will be answered as soon as possible and if Easy Peasy Insurance cannot respond to a complaint within 14 days of the complaint being received by Easy Peasy Insurance, Easy Peasy Insurance will contact you and explain the reason for this and inform you when Easy Peasy Insurance can be expected to submit a response. If a dispute arises between you and Easy Peasy Insurance, this can be tried by a Swedish general court.
