What do I do if an accident occurs?

If you have suffered an insurance accident, log in to My Pages (link can be found in the menu above), select the insurance in question and click on “Skadeanmälan”.

For the deductible insurance

The deductible insurance for the product in question covers the cost of the deductible you pay to the insurance company that handles your home insurance. Once you have paid the deductible, you make a claim on My Pages. Please note that you must submit documentation for the cost of your deductible when you make a claim.

For all-risk insurance

Claims are made on My Pages. Please note that you may need to have documentation such as a police report or damage report to your home insurance ready beforehand.

Where can I turn if I have questions or complaints?

If you as a customer want to make a complaint against Easy Peasy Insurance regarding the distribution of insurance, please contact Easy Peasy Insurance, Complaints Manager.

You send the complaint by letter to:

How does the right of withdrawal work?

According to the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises (SFS 2005: 59), the following applies: For insurances with an insurance period longer than 30 days, you have the right to cancel the purchase of the insurance within 14 days of entering into the agreement. The time limit is calculated from the day when the insurance contract was entered into, ie when you received the insurance policy and the insurance terms.

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to My Pages at and select Ångra Köp. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, a proportional premium corresponding to the time period that the insurance has left to be valid minus an administration fee of SEK 49 will be refunded.
